Job summary

iCapital is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support and grow relationships with an assigned client portfolio. You will drive platform adoption, provide training, and serve as the trusted day-to-day partner across internal teams to ensure a best-in-class client experience.

You will coordinate resources, identify growth opportunities, and help execute strategic account plans while maintaining high client health and proactive engagement. This role is fully remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex client relationships and multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record in driving client engagement strategies.
• Experience developing and executing account plans and driving engagement with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with assigned client accounts and serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client engagement.
• Develop and execute account plans designed to improve client satisfaction, product utilization, relationship strength, retention, and overall account health.
• Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and proactive outreach to maintain strong working relationships.
