Job summary

Cherry, a fast-growing FinTech for medical practices, seeks an Associate Account Executive to onboard small medical practices across the US. This fully remote closing role offers an attractive incentive plan and generous equity.

You will prospect, demo, and close while logging activity in Salesforce. You will join a high-growth sales team with a compensation package including a $70k base and a $33k on-target commission, plus equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduating in December 2026 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Independent worker, self-starter, and proven ability to exceed expectations in a remote work environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to convey and relate ideas to others
• Experience in Customer Relationship Management tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Experience using cloud-based communication tools (such as Slack, Salesloft, Dialpad, etc.)
• Willingness to work at a dynamic, ever-changing environment where high performance is rewarded

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customer leads, navigate gatekeepers, and find decision-makers by phone and tech tools
• Create opportunities and book demos with new and existing customer leads
• Lead product demos that are engaging and insightful, registering practices to use Cherry
• Engage medical practices registered through timely outreach to drive adoption of Cherry
• Log all interactions, notes, dispositions, and forecasts in Salesforce
• Improve sales approach by seeking feedback and testing new methods
• Be a team player, share feedback, and support colleagues to uplift the team
• Travel and attend industry events and trade shows when needed
• Take ownership and accountability of personal success
