Cherry Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Practice Intelligence Associate to engage with partnered and prospective medical practices by phone, collect structured feedback, and analyze insights to improve our BNPL platform for medical providers.

The role emphasizes data-driven assessment of consumer behavior, collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support, and remote work within a fast-growing FinTech environment serving doctors, dentists, and veterinarians.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a prospecting-centered sales role or customer support role.
• Phone-based experience in a sales or support capacity.
• Top 10% performer with a track record of meeting quotas.
• Independent worker who thrives in a remote environment.
• Ability to place a high volume of outbound contacts.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Experience using cloud-based communication tools (Slack, VoIP, Zoom, Salesloft, etc.).
• Adaptable in a dynamic, competitive environment with high performance rewarded.
• Excellent verbal communication and feedback collection skills.
• Collaborative: work with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Initiate phone interactions with partnered and prospective practices and patients to gather feedback on our product and experience.
• Document and collect detailed feedback in a structured manner with high data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to turn insights into actions.
