Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO operations, project controls, or related roles within complex environments.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis to translate data into insights.
• Hands-on experience with Adaptive Work, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication to convey complex information clearly.
• Proven track record of influencing and driving accountability across teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central liaison between departments to coordinate project migration readiness from planning to execution.
• Monitor progress of business justification submissions and approvals with visibility on delays and timelines.
• Support visibility of the SOW pipeline by coordinating readiness milestones for migrated projects.
• Maintain accurate project data in Adaptive Work and other systems, updating milestones and forecasts.
• Prepare portfolio health reports, dashboards and executive summaries for governance meetings.
• Escalate blockers and missing dependencies to ensure ownership and on-time handoffs.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements and standardization of PMO practices.
