Job summary

Affordable Dentures & Implants seeks an experienced Assistant General Counsel to join its in-house team in a fully remote role serving nationwide operations. You will report to the General Counsel and advise on a diverse range of healthcare, privacy, and commercial matters across affiliated practices.

The ideal candidate has a strong healthcare law background, HIPAA expertise, and excellent contract drafting and risk assessment skills to support executives and clinicians across multiple

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and active U.S. State Bar admission.
• 4–6+ years of attorney experience in healthcare, contracts, or data privacy.
• Experience with HIPAA and healthcare regulatory matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal analysis skills.
• Ability to manage diverse legal workloads across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Advise on healthcare regulatory matters including HIPAA and AKS.
• Provide guidance on data privacy, cybersecurity, and information security.
• Review and advise on marketing, advertising, and consumer protection requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
