Job summary

ROC USA Capital is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of 35–40 loans, performing portfolio and asset management, loan servicing, compliance, and risk mitigation to sustain stability and strengthen ROC USA Capital as a leading CDFI lender for resident ownership.

You will collaborate with ROC boards, property managers, CTAPs, and ROC USA staff to monitor performance, ensure lender covenants are met, underwrite refinances, and present recommendations to the Loan Review

Qualifications

• 3+ years asset management experience in a lending institution.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• Experience managing amortizing income-producing loan portfolios.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loan servicing budgets for assigned borrowers.
• Review loan modifications and reconcile with the Finance Team.
• Monitor covenant compliance and prepare compliance certificates.
• Underwrite refinance transactions and build financial models.
• Present recommendations to the Loan Review Committee.
• Coordinate with CTAPs, ROC boards, and property managers.
• Maintain portfolio risk ratings and quarterly reports.
