Job summary

The AES Group is seeking a Senior Technology Business Consultant to help deliver innovative solutions in asset finance, leasing, and related processes. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to define scope, requirements, data models, and testing plans, while ensuring configurations meet user needs.

You will engage across the quote-to-contract lifecycle, support in-life servicing, and work across time zones as needed to align with client daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Asset Finance and Leasing domains.
• Understanding of hire purchase, loan structures, and lifecycle from quote to contract.
• Experience with SQL database design and reporting with Crystal Reports.

Responsibilities

• Researching client needs, analysing trends and best practices and creating detailed program specifications.
• Serving as a liaison between end users and consultants during consulting projects
• Defining product scope, objectives and requirements, defines specifications and data models for product development and testing
• Devising procedures to achieve greater efficiencies and solve complex technical problems.
• Configuration of systems to meet agreed User Requirements.
• Consults directly with clients
• May work in different time zone shift to overlap with client working day
