Real Chemistry seeks an Art Director to lead visual creative across digital and print, partnering with account services, brand planning, and creative teams. The ideal candidate brings a strong portfolio and a proactive mindset.

This hybrid US role offers opportunities to shape high-visibility campaigns for pharma/health brands, manage visual standards, and collaborate with photographers, designers, and writers.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of 10 pieces demonstrating conceptual and execution-based capabilities across digital and print.
• 5+ years' experience as an Art Director in advertising or digital agency; pharma/health marketing a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, interactive or related design field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain partnership with peers across departments on client business.
• Participate in new business activities and pitches as requested.
• Set and maintain high visual brand standards commensurate with Creative BU expectations.
• Interact with project teams to understand objectives and audience demographics.
• Basic understanding of wireframing, site mapping, UX design.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
