Job summary

Ursus, Inc. is seeking an Art Director / Creative Strategist for FoA DRM’s Creator and UGC programs. The role blends art direction with strategic thinking, ensuring assets meet brand standards and performance goals across platforms.

It offers a remote, high-volume environment with rapid feedback and collaboration with external partners. You will review hundreds of assets weekly, provide fast, actionable feedback, and help shape briefs, templates and guardrails to improve upstream quality.

Qualifications

• Hands-on short-form video craft experience with Reels, TikTok or UGC ads you art directed or edited yourself.
• High volume DR work at scale with variants, hooks and iterations built for testing across platforms.
• Templates or toolkits in Figma used or enforced across teams or creators.

Responsibilities

• Review Creator and UGC assets for craft, clarity and platform-native execution.
• Maintain brand standards, legibility, product accuracy and UI consistency.
• Provide fast, clear, actionable feedback to editors and agencies.
• Collaborate with CX and DRM on priorities, testing and learnings.
