Job summary

Axogen is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive revenue growth from a home-based office, covering a designated territory and traveling to customer sites across the United States. You will promote and service Axogen's nerve repair products, manage territory plans, and train medical staff on products and procedures.

Responsibilities include planning for sales targets, expanding accounts, countering competitors, and maintaining accurate records while working with cross-functional teams to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of medical device sales experience.
• Operating Room sales experience preferred.
• Orthopedic/medical device experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver on sales targets; manage plans to exceed objectives.
• Develop and maintain accurate territory records; optimize visits and coverage.
• Present and demonstrate Axogen products; address objections; close sales.
• Respond to customer inquiries; provide product education and post-sale support.
• Proactively develop knowledge of products, clinical applications and competitive landscape.
