Job summary

Riverstone Communities seeks an Area Manager to lead a portfolio of 5–8 properties across Metro Atlanta, GA and the Greenville/Myrtle Beach area. You will mentor Property Managers, build strong teams, and drive performance aligned with company goals.

This role may be remote with travel up to 50% and requires developing residents relations, ensuring security and safety, and delivering results while maintaining a culture of accountability and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience; mobile home experience preferred.
• Proven leadership skills, including hiring top talent and developing successful teams.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and accountability.
• Able to travel up to 50% by car and airplane.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support Property Managers and their teams.
• Oversee a portfolio of 5–8 properties across Metro Atlanta, GA and Greenville/MB SC.
• Drive sales, foster strong resident relations, and maintain safety standards.
