Job summary

Trileaf Corporation seeks a Full-time Architectural Site Surveyor to support the Mid-Atlantic region. This role involves 100% travel, including regional and nationwide trips. The position is remote with surveys conducted at client sites, and reports completed remotely from the surveyor's address.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Architecture or related field and basic CAD drafting skills. Expect 5–10 surveys per week and frequent overnight stays as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of architectural/construction principles.
• Spatial intelligence and ability to sketch.
• Proficiency with mobile mapping and iPads.
• Microsoft Office, Adobe and similar software proficiency.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic.
• Valid Driver License.
• Independent worker.

Responsibilities

• Perform site visits for the architecture and engineering team.
• Survey an average of 4 typical sites or 8 BAP sites weekly.
• Use company equipment to scan and measure lease spaces including dimensions and details.
• Access rooftops as needed via ladder or scissor lift and note ADA violations in detail.
• Document interior and exterior site photos and surroundings.
• Submit monthly expense reports and track site expenses.
• Possibly drive to local businesses for site surveys.
• Other duties as assigned.
