Job summary

Trileaf Corporation seeks a Full-time Architectural Site Surveyor to support the Pacific Northwest from the Sacramento, CA area. This role requires 100% travel, including regional and nationwide travel, with frequent overnight stays.

The position is remote in practice, with work done at client sites and reports prepared remotely. The successful candidate will perform 5–10 surveys weekly, travel to local businesses within the region, and complete survey reports from the field or at a local

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in architectural/construction principles.
• Spatial intelligence and ability to sketch.
• Strong technical abilities such as mobile mapping and iPads.
• Computer skills with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and similar software.
• Independent worker with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform site visits for the architecture and engineering team as necessary.
• Survey an average of 4 typical sites or 8 BAP sites weekly.
• Use company equipment to scan and provide accurate measurements of the lease space.
• Access rooftops as needed to complete surveys and note ADA violations.
• Photo document site interiors and exteriors with attention to details.
• Turn in monthly expense reports and manage site-related costs.
• Other duties as assigned.
