Job summary

Trileaf Corporation is seeking a Full-time Architectural Site Surveyor for the Mid-Atlantic region. The role requires extensive travel (regional and nationwide) and remote work, visiting client sites to perform architectural surveys and field measurements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field, be proficient with mobile mapping and CAD, and work independently to deliver accurate survey data and reports to the engineering team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field required.
• Strong understanding of architectural/construction principles.
• Ability to sketch and interpret spatial layouts.

Responsibilities

• Perform site visits for architecture and engineering team.
• Survey 4 typical sites or 8 BAP sites weekly.
• Use company equipment to scan and measure lease spaces.
