Job summary

Trileaf Corporation is seeking a Full-time Architectural Site Surveyor, primarily remote with extensive travel across the United States. The role involves surveying lease spaces, documenting architectural details, and coordinating with the engineering team to ensure accurate site data.

Expect 5–10 site surveys per week, with travel to regional and nationwide client sites. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field and be comfortable working independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Experience with architectural/construction principles.
• Ability to sketch and interpret spatial layouts.
• Proficient with MS Office and Adobe software.
• Valid driver license required.
• Willingness to travel 100% (regional and nationwide).
• Independent worker with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform site visits for architectural/engineering teams as needed.
• Survey about 4 typical sites or 8 BAP sites weekly.
• Use company equipment to scan and measure lease spaces (rooms, doors, ceilings, etc.).
• Access rooftops for surveys and note ADA violations in detail.
• Photo document interior and exterior of sites.
• Submit monthly expense reports and track site expenses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
