Job summary

Duro-Last, a brand of Amrize Building Envelope, seeks an Architectural Sales Coordinator to drive specification growth with consultants, architects and specifiers. You will coordinate meetings, deliver AIA-approved presentations, and collaborate with marketing to target architectural audiences across multiple remote locations in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in construction management, architectural technology, business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Two to three years of relevant experience in commercial construction, roofing, building materials, architectural support, or sales coordination may substitute for the degree.
• Travel requirements: 10%
• Technical aptitude: Learn roofing systems, read drawings/specifications, understand basic construction terms
• Business skills: Strong written/verbal communication, organization, presentation, MS Office, CRM
• Relationship skills: Communicate professionally with architects, contractors, and internal sales personnel

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and enhance engagement with consultants, architects and specifiers to drive specifications.
• Gather, analyze, and report market data to identify top specifiers and opportunities.
• Coordinate meetings with specifiers for sales representatives and advance opportunities.
• Schedule and manage AIA-accredited presentations and trainings for architects.
• Work with marketing to design targeted campaigns for architects and specifiers.
• Lead substitution and alternate bid requests to include our products.
• Develop a pipeline tracking system to monitor opportunities and close rates
