The position allows fully remote work with travel 1–2 times per month across the country. Ideal candidates have a architecture degree or equivalent, at least 2 years in CD experience, and strong Revit skills, plus familiarity with retail design details and store

Qualifications

• Graduate of architecture school; equivalent experience may be substituted.
• Minimum 2 years of Construction Documentation experience.
• At least 1 year in Retail design projects.
• Fast-paced retail roll-out experience preferred.
• Strong Revit skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Assist overall technical design for projects.
• Review engineering drawings to ensure design compliance.
• Work with technical staff to resolve drawing inconsistencies.
• Aid in creating floor plans, elevations, architectural and millwork details, and RFP sets.
• Review and redline construction documents, shop drawings, and submittals.
• Produce, review and finalize space plans for projects.
• Travel to sites 1–2 times per month nationwide.
• Oversee tasks and provide feedback on work product.
• Organize and conduct client interviews to determine space needs.
• Continue to provide needed information to client on design specs; proficiency with Affinity program.
