Job summary

Genie Matthews and Associates is seeking an Intermediate Technical Architect Designer / Project Professional for retail interiors and branded environments in New York, NY. The role blends design concept with technical execution in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead retail-focused drawing production across SD, DD and CD.
Coordinate with external consultants to ensure complete, coordinated construction documents for approvals.
Assist Project Manager with construction document coordination for approvals.
Attend weekly virtual OAC calls and review shop drawings/submittals.
Travel to perform architectural site surveys and site visits during construction.
Coordinate responses to RFIs and support landlord/authority approvals.
