Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Architect who specializes in Data Center Projects! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and innovative team within the AEC industry. You will be responsible for the design, development, and execution of data center projects. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely while collaborating with our engineering and construction teams to ensure the highest quality of design and implementation. If you are a registered architect with a strong background in architectural design, have a deep understanding of data center requirements, and are adept at creating and reviewing design documents, this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural plans for data center projects, ensuring they meet all necessary requirements and standards.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering and construction teams to ensure effective implementation of design plans.
• Review and approve design documents, identifying any potential issues or improvements.
• Maintain a deep understanding of data center requirements, staying up-to-date with any industry changes or advancements.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to the team on all aspects of architectural design, utilizing your strong background in the AEC industry.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest level of quality.
• Participate in project meetings and presentations, providing expert input and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Registered Architect with a current license.
• Minimum of 7-10+ years of experience in architectural design, with 3-5 years focused on data center projects.
• Proven ability to work closely with engineering and construction teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Proficient in the use of design software and tools (Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools).
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing your own workload and meeting deadlines.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality architectural designs on time and within budget.

Compensation

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year.
