Zotec Partners is seeking an AR Supervisor to lead accounts receivable activities for our healthcare revenue cycle management clients in a remote capacity. You will oversee AR workflows, mentor specialists, and ensure timely processing of claims and denials while meeting client deadlines.

The ideal candidate has prior management experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on accuracy, communication, and teamwork across a national remote team.

We’re seeking an AR Supervisor to join us. This is a remote position.

As an AR Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of claims and denials and supporting the overall management of accounts receivable for our revenue cycle management clients. This is a remote position.

What you’ll do:

• Provide workflow support to the AR team to help meet or exceed key performance indicators
• Support the development and implementation of any needed procedures to help maintain a streamlined, efficient organization
• Support the development AR Specialists through training, empowerment, delegation and mentoring
• Meet or exceed client deadlines and expectations
• Manage new projects and client practices to ensure success in meeting objectives
• Contribute to organizational success through sharing of knowledge and successes with operations team peers
• Complete other duties as assigned
