Job summary

Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance seeks an AR Specialist to ensure timely, accurate processing of insurance claims. You’ll analyze denials, follow up on balances, and work with payers and patients to resolve accounts. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced orthopaedic environment.

Requirements include 3+ years in insurance collections, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with NextGen. Fluency in English is required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 years insurance collections experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using NextGen or similar medical billing systems.
• Fluency in English; second language is a plus.
• Orthopaedic specialty experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify errors in claims processing and follow up on unpaid balances.
• Resolve balances and meet quality and productivity standards.
• Analyze insurance balance accounts and denial trends.
• Communicate with payers, patients, and staff for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Central Business Office and clinical teammates.
