Sourcefit is seeking a Medical Billing Specialist – AR & Payment Posting to support a premier US healthcare client. You will enter charges, post payments, and reconcile discrepancies to ensure timely, accurate claims processing.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of US medical billing experience, strong AR skills, and excellent communication. This remote role operates Monday–Friday, nights (9 PM–6 AM), with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of medical billing experience in US healthcare.
• Experience with AR and payments posting.
• Ability to learn quickly and work well in a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process charges from superbills and demographic reports.
• Post payments and reconcile discrepancies.
• Track and follow up on information requests to/from the practice.
• Process claims and handle patient calls professionally.
• Maintain accuracy and comply with applicable regulations.
