Oliver James Associates is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to join its US Operations team in a fully remote role. You will manage onboarding of underwriting partners, oversee bordereaux and cash processes, and drive automation across operations with senior stakeholder exposure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' P&C insurance experience
• Strong understanding of insurance operations, bordereaux, premium and cash processes
• Experience working with MGA / underwriting operations is desirable
• Comfortable managing external partners and challenging issues through to resolution
• Strong communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Highly organized, commercially minded and autonomous

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new underwriting partners and business expansions
• Own bordereaux, premium and cash data flow, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Collaborate with underwriting partners to resolve data and operational issues
• Oversee outsourced operational teams and ensure KPIs are met
• Monitor collections, debt and cash processes and handle complex issues
• Produce operational performance reporting for senior stakeholders
• Strengthen controls, processes and reporting across Operations
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve workflows
• Act as a key operational contact for a portfolio of insurance partners
