Upstream Rehabilitation Inc. is seeking an AR Associate for MVA/Billing Review to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement of aged accounts.

You will work with auto insurance carriers and attorneys on Motor Vehicle Accident claims, focusing on quality, productivity, and resolution to support growth and service levels. The role emphasizes reviewing unpaid accounts, validating payments, and meeting deadlines in a remote setting with live video meetings and cross-functional collaboration across

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years revenue cycle experience may be considered in lieu of additional education.
• 1+ years revenue cycle operations experience, Medicare and commercial insurance, in a high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review unpaid accounts and take action to receive proper reimbursement to reduce AR balance.
• Ensure payments received are accurate and complete.
• Meet productivity benchmarks and reporting requirements.
• Document actions and reviews thoroughly in the system.
• Identify and report trends to the Team and Supervisor.
• Assist customers internal and external as needed.
