The role requires researching Motor Vehicle Accident claims, obtaining medical records, and submitting documentation to insurers to ensure prompt reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years' experience in healthcare billing/collections.
• MVA billing and collections experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online MVA claim payments research using EnableComp tools.
• Review medical records and supporting docs for appeals or claims.
• Follow up with payers by phone to update systems and ensure prompt reimbursement.
• Prepare initial bill packets or appeal letters with supporting docs.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver client-first outcomes.
• Accept feedback and adapt to process changes.
• Meet departmental performance and production targets.
• Other duties as required.
