Job summary

WAVE Drowning Detection Systems, the #1 digital aquatics life safety provider in the US, seeks an energetic sales professional to open new accounts with aquatics clients.

The Business Development Manager owns the full sales cycle for the WAVE GUARDian Subscription platform — WSP and GUARDian Complete — prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and contracting with facilities such as YMCAs, parks districts, schools, and hospitality venues. Remote work is supported with commission-based pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology sales.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell the WAVE GUARDian Subscription platform to new aquatic facilities.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Lead generation through outbound, inbound, and events.
