Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess complex cases involving vulnerable adults 18+.
• Travel as required to perform fieldwork and investigations.
• Prepare comprehensive progress notes, case plans, and risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate case files and provide information to partners.
• Refer clients for Guardianship/Conservatorship when needed.
• Provide testimony for court appearances and collaborate with resources.
