Job summary

Locomotivation is seeking an Apprenticeship Training Specialist to support and deliver Supply Chain and Warehouse apprenticeship programmes. The role is national with home-based work across employer sites.

You will manage apprentices, plan and deliver training, and assist with portfolio development and assessments. Strong teaching and IT skills are essential, along with 3+ years in the sector and a full UK driving license.

Qualifications

• Qualified teaching status (L3 AET, PTTLS) or equivalent.
• Experience delivering apprenticeship programmes or similar.
• Strong IT literacy and use of online teaching tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of apprentices across Supply Chain and Warehouse programmes.
• Plan and deliver apprenticeship training to underpin knowledge and skills.
• Support apprentices with portfolios and assessment evidence preparation.
• Involve in initial assessment, enrolment and induction of apprentices.
• Provide information, advice and guidance to apprentices for achievement.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure contractual and statutory obligations are met.
• Deliver training online and face-to-face; manage Aptem records.
• Record off-the-job training and support BKSB development.
• Build strong relationships with employers and apprentices.
• Manage own schedule and travel for business as required.
