Qualifications

• Two years of single-property or mass appraisal experience.
• Experience collecting and analyzing large quantities of sale, income, and expense data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with multiple valuation approaches and USPAP principles.
• College degree in Real Estate or related field may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Appraise real property to determine market value per prescribed guidelines.
• Conduct field inspections of real property (vacant and improved).
• Write and submit USPAP-compliant appraisal reports.
• Verify sales data and perform data collection.
• Interview contractors, grantors, grantees, and real estate agents.
