Job summary

Xactus LLC in the United States seeks a full-time Review Appraiser to join our appraisal team. You will review and analyze appraisal reports for accuracy, advise appraisers, and ensure ROVs meet FHFA guidelines. This role emphasizes initiative, integrity, and ownership.

You will collaborate with colleagues, train staff, and stay informed about market trends while handling multiple real estate properties and communicating with internal stakeholders to minimize delays.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of residential appraisal or appraisal review experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze appraisal reports for accuracy and adherence to guidelines and regulations.
• Advise appraisers to clarify or correct information in reports.
• Ensure ROV requests comply with FHFA guidelines and APPRAISER independence requirements.
• Provide feedback to appraisers on performance and improvements.
• Collaborate with team to improve processes and deliverables.
