Job summary

Partner Valuation Advisors is seeking a certified general license appraiser to assist with on-site inspections and final review of appraisal reports. The role involves heavy travel (50%+ monthly) and ensuring USPAP compliance for site observations and report descriptions.

A CG license is required; MAI designation or candidacy is preferred. Applicants should reside in the Charlotte, NC area and be prepared for multi-state travel.

Qualifications

• Must reside in or near the Charlotte, NC metro area.
• Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in at least one state with willingness to multi-state licensure.
• MAI designation or candidate preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or related field recommended.
• Strategic understanding of commercial real estate appraisal.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between states.
• Strong attention to detail and time/calendar management.
• Experience with Microsoft products, especially Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of necessary exhibits and memos illustrating inspections.
• Frequent travel to on-site properties based on work requests.
• Manage travel arrangements and expense reports.
• Participate in client meetings as needed.
• Build relationships with market and business leaders to share best practices.
