Role Overview

As a key member of our outreach team, you'll work closely with leadership to drive partnership efforts and position Knowledge Bridge as a leader in healthcare technology and community innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Appointment Setting: Initiate contact with potential partners and schedule strategic meetings.
  2. Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in healthcare, technology, education, and related sectors.
  3. Collaboration & Reporting: Work with leadership to align outreach strategies, track metrics, and continuously improve sales approaches.
  4. Market Research & Lead Generation: Stay informed on industry trends, identify partnership opportunities, and generate high-quality leads.
Qualifications
  1. Experience: Demonstrated success in appointment setting, outreach, and partnership development.
  2. Skills:
  3. Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and relationship-building.
  4. Strong communication and organizational skills, particularly in a remote work environment.
  5. Background in psychology or a strong understanding of human behavior is a plus.
  6. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with juvenile justice, education, healthcare, or technology sectors, especially in consultative sales or SaaS environments.
Work Environment
  1. Fully remote role with active team collaboration.
  2. Daily communication via Google Meet, including screen sharing, call reviews, and strategy sessions.
  3. Transparent and team-focused culture.
