This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Make outbound calls, emails, or messages to leads provided by the company.
Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and record relevant information.
Schedule appointments or consultations for the sales team using scheduling tools or CRMs.
Maintain a detailed log of calls, conversations, and appointment outcomes in the system.
Follow up with potential leads who have shown interest but haven’t committed.
Collaborate with sales or marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals for contacts and appointments.
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and route them appropriately.
Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, sales, or customer service (remote experience preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (or other required languages).
Confidence in handling objections and maintaining a positive, professional tone.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and online scheduling tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Reliable internet connection, computer, and quiet work environment.
Experience working in a sales-driven environment.
