Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced AI engineer to train, test, deploy, and maintain ML models for national security applications. You will collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, solutions architects, and MLOps engineers to deliver scalable AI solutions for massive datasets.

Applicants should have 3+ years in software engineering and applied AI, proficiency with Python, API endpoints, and modern UI tooling, plus TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, applied AI and ML.
• Experience prototyping AI solutions such as chat systems and domain copilots.
• Experience evaluating and tuning AI outputs, refining prompts and retrieval logic.
• Experience with Python and building API endpoints (FastAPI/Flask).
• Ability to translate mission needs into refined, business-facing AI capabilities.
• TS/SCI clearance and Bachelor's degree.
