Job summary

Alliance North America seeks an Applications Technician - Energy Storage to support deployment and training of Hybrid Energy Systems. You will travel to customer sites across the United States and beyond to deliver onboarding, data collection, and hands-on setup.

Strong diesel/generator background and electronics knowledge are essential. The role includes on-site demonstrations, feedback to Product Engineering, and collaboration with Sales and Service teams to ensure customer success and system

Qualifications

• 2+ years of generator experience required.
• Strong knowledge of electronics and electrical safety.
• Willing to travel across North America up to 75%.
• Trade school focus on engines, mechanical or electrical preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide user feedback from deployments and customer use cases.
• Train customers onsite on safety and deployment of HES.
• Build an Applications database with documented use cases.
• Demonstrate products at customer sites and collect feedback for engineering.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Engineering on field updates.
