Job summary

Amphenol RF is seeking an Applications Engineer 2 to support New Product Introduction initiatives as an NPI champion. This fully remote role requires resuming from the Phoenix, AZ area and involves driving technical guidance to customers and internal teams while supporting regional growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 2–6 years' related experience.
• Experience driving NPI programs with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to provide technical guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive NPI activities within a defined geographic region and key accounts.
• Lead technical aspects of the sales cycle and provide customer support.
• Travel up to 50% to customer sites as needed.
• Collaborate with global operations to select optimum manufacturing location.
