Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 2–6 years' related experience.
- Experience driving NPI programs with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to provide technical guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Drive NPI activities within a defined geographic region and key accounts.
- Lead technical aspects of the sales cycle and provide customer support.
- Travel up to 50% to customer sites as needed.
- Collaborate with global operations to select optimum manufacturing location.
