Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer inquiries, specifications, and operating requirements to define the technical and commercial scope of proposed high-purity water treatment solutions.
• Develop conceptual system designs and perform preliminary engineering calculations for equipment sizing and estimating.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and identify value-engineered alternatives to optimize system performance and customer value.
• Research and evaluate equipment options based on technical suitability, availability, lead times and pricing.
• Explore innovative approaches to customer challenges and recommend practical, technically sound solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales to align technical and commercial strategy with customer needs.
• Participate in customer meetings, pre-bid discussions, bid reviews, and technical clarifications to provide technical support.
• Maintain costing data and develop standardized estimating libraries for equipment and systems.
• Obtain supplier quotations and coordinate with Purchasing for accurate material costs and lead times.
• Review purchase orders for scope, pricing, and budget alignment.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial turnover packages to Project Management, Engineering and Manufacturing.
• Lead technical review and turnover meetings to confirm project scope with downstream teams.
