Job summary

The Auto Club Group is seeking a skilled Application Associate to join our remote team in the United States. You will contribute to design, development, testing, and documentation of moderately complex distributed or web-based information systems, supporting project tasks and coding efforts.

The role requires college coursework in CS or IS, experience with COBOL II/J2EE, HTML, and several database platforms. Remote work is available with standard 8–5 hours, Monday to Friday support.

Qualifications

• College coursework in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Distributed, and/or web-based system development experience.
• Programming languages such as COBOL II and J2EE.
• Database management: IMS DB, DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Access.
• Web development: HTML; strong knowledge of MS Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Supports design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of moderately complex web-based and distributed applications, contributing to project deliverables, coding, system testing and technical documentation per IT standards.
