Job summary

Upscale Assessment is a fast-growing software startup delivering Upscale Dental, a virtual dental practice management platform hosted in Microsoft Azure. This hands-on role bridges our dental-education experts with technology, offering a path to learn across development, support, and infrastructure.

You will troubleshoot issues, write C# code, and work directly with customer IT staff on radiograph equipment and image acquisition. No dental experience required; we teach you what you need to know.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with C# and SQL.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
• Strong work ethic, curious mindset, ownership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts to customers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot customer-reported issues and identify root causes.
• Write and modify C# code to fix bugs and add new features to Upscale Dental.
• Collaborate with customers' IT staff to set up radiograph equipment and dental imaging.
