Job summary

The Office of Admissions at University of Washington is seeking multiple seasonal application processors to help process over 60,000 first-year applications for Autumn 2027. You will train remotely for about three weeks and work independently on repetitive, detail-oriented tasks with speed and accuracy.

Selected candidates must commit for the full assignment (Oct 19 through Jan 29) and may need to pick up equipment at UW Seattle.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED equivalent.
• One year of admissions or registrar's office experience, or one year's college education.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Familiarity with GPA calculation and US grading systems.
• Intermediate computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Review and accurately enter applicant data.
• Process 150+ applications per day.
• Verify that files are complete for admission review.
• Evaluate applications for minimum requirements and calculate GPAs.
• Participate in online training activities and discussions via Microsoft Teams.
• Other duties as assigned, including attaching transcripts to Slate CRM and data checking.
