Delta Health Systems seeks an Application Modernization & Javelina Support Analyst to advance our data platform, enterprise reporting, and integration capabilities. You will bridge IT and operations, supporting the Mphasis Javelina platform, legacy applications, and data workflows.

The role partners with IT, operations, finance, vendors, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot production issues, automate processes, and ensure reliable, well-documented reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare operations and claims administration.
• Experience with Mphasis Javelina (JV) or a comparable platform.
• Strong SQL and database skills for reporting and data validation.
• Experience with AS400 systems or legacy application modernization.
• Ability to develop clear technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing technical and operational support for the Mphasis Javelina (JV) platform and related processes.
• Troubleshoot system, data, file, and production issues; coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Support modernization of legacy AS400 and finance-related applications using C#/.NET.
• Support healthcare reporting and file processes including CMS/Anthem reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and data processing.
• Maintain repository of SQL queries and documentation.
• Develop runbooks and knowledge resources to support business continuity.
• Collaborate with business users, operations, IT, and vendors on improvements.
