Job summary

Trillium Flow Technologies is seeking an experienced Application Engineer to deliver expert technical support and solution-oriented service to customers nationwide. You will work with sales and engineering to ensure optimal product application of our fluid handling technologies.

Ideal candidates have a Mechanical Engineering background, 3+ years in application engineering, and strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in application engineering or related role.
• Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, pump technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer training sessions.
• Partner with sales to develop technical proposals and recommendations.
• Provide technical support throughout the sales process and assist with product selection.
• Collaborate with engineering to communicate feedback and drive improvements.
• Analyze application data and prepare installation guides and specs.
