What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with colleagues and managers to deliver superior technology solutions for clients
- Lead clients through processes, ensuring successful product utilization and issue resolution
- Conduct business analysis, including gap and root cause analysis, to understand client needs
- Manage user acceptance testing and change management processes to ensure client satisfaction
- Create user documentation and assist support staff with handover documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the utility customer life cycle (meter to cash)
- Familiarity with utility Customer Information System (CIS) processes and functionality
- Strong communication, influencing, and coaching skills across all organizational levels
- Experience working with both business and IT groups
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time within North America

- Experience in software implementation within the utility sector

- Degree in Computer Science, Business Technology Management, or Management Information Systems
