Maximus is seeking a Technical Lead/Senior Appian Developer to drive the design, development, and implementation of complex case management and workflow automation in a federal environment.

The role is remote and requires a Public Trust security clearance and US citizenship. Maximus TCS offers leadership in a fast-paced federal contracting setting with a strong focus on AI-enabled automation and secure development practices.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years Appian development (design, configuration, and implementation).
• 3+ years in technical lead or senior developer capacity.
• Experience delivering mission-critical applications in federal or highly regulated environments.
• Experience or strong interest in AI/Automation integration with business processes.
• Proficiency with SQL/Relational Databases.
• Hands-on AWS cloud experience.
• Strong Agile software development experience.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance (Active preferred).
• Knowledge of FISMA, NIST, Section 508 compliance.
