Job summary

Sprezzatura is seeking an Appian Developer to design, develop, test, and implement customized Appian solutions for the Veteran Readiness and Employment program. You will handle integration, release management, and documentation while collaborating with business analysts and other developers.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Appian experience, familiarity with SAIL, and a professional certification. This remote US-based role requires reliable internet and compliance with security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of Appian development experience, including support and release.
• Experience with SAIL.
• Appian Developer certification (e.g., Appian Senior Developer) is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of successful Appian project delivery in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Appian.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices in Appian development.
• Integrate Appian with external systems.
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues related to Appian performance, functionality, and data integrity.
• Maintain clear documentation of processes, solutions, and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members including business analysts, project managers, and other developers.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and release management.
