Job summary

Graham Technologies is seeking an Associate Appian Developer to design, develop, enhance, and maintain Appian-based business processes supporting Federal programs. This remote role prefers candidates near Dayton, OH or DC Metro.

The ideal candidate will work in a low‑code environment to advance enterprise workflow automation, modernization, and system integration while collaborating with analysts, architects, and senior developers.

Qualifications

1–5 years of software development experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or pass a Government background investigation.
Experience developing or configuring apps on Appian or similar low-code/no-code platforms.
Experience with Agile methodologies in software projects.
Experience integrating applications via APIs, databases, and services.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Appian applications and components (process models, interfaces, records, reports, rules).
Assist with configuration, automation, and optimization of business processes.
Support integration between Appian and external systems via REST and databases.
Participate in requirements analysis, design discussions, and implementation activities.
Develop, test, troubleshoot, and enhance Appian apps throughout SDLC.
Support deployments across environments and create technical docs.
