Job summary

Graham Technologies is seeking an Associate Appian Developer to support design, development, and maintenance of Appian-based business processes for Federal programs. Remote work is available, with preference for Dayton, OH or DC Metro area.

Responsibilities include building Appian apps, integrating systems via REST APIs, and collaborating in an Agile environment. Requires 1–5 years of experience and a Bachelor's in a related field.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of software development experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust or pass a Government background check.
• Experience developing or configuring Appian or similar low-code platforms.
• Experience delivering Agile software projects and API integrations.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting deployments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Appian applications, models, interfaces, and rules.
• Assist with configuration, workflow automation, and process optimization.
• Integrate Appian with external systems via APIs and databases.
• Participate in requirements analysis, design discussions, and implementation.
• Develop, test, debug, and enhance Appian apps across lifecycle stages.
• Support deployments and configuration across environments.
• Collaborate with analysts, testers, architects, and seniors to deliver solutions.
• Create documentation and user support materials.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, standups, reviews.
• Assist with issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and performance improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Appian standards and automation.
