Jobgether seeks an Appian Architect (FMS) to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Appian solutions for a partner company in the United States. You will guide architecture, BPM, UI, and data modeling, while mentoring teams in an Agile setting.

A strong track record in Appian development and stakeholder collaboration is required. The role is fully remote nationwide in the United States, with a compensation package reflecting senior-level expertise.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in Appian development engagements.
• 4–5 years leading Appian software development teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience with database technologies and enterprise system integrations.
• Strong Agile development experience.
• Appian Senior Developer (Level 3) certification preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and architecture work.
• Mentorship and coaching capabilities.
• Ability to evaluate emerging technologies for fit.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage resources across Appian projects.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to design solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across Appian architecture and data modeling.
• Guide BPM, UI, and data modeling practices.
• Mentor junior and senior Appian developers.
• Oversee project planning, delivery, and finances.
