Job summary

THOUGHT BYTE is seeking a Senior Appian Tech Lead to design, build, and deliver enterprise-scale applications leveraging Appian, AI, and Document Center capabilities. You will drive architecture decisions, lead delivery teams, and ensure scalable, secure integrations across systems.

The role emphasizes hands-on Appian development, AI-enabled document processing, and end‑to‑end workflow orchestration with REST/SOAP integrations.

Qualifications

8-12 years of IT experience with substantial Appian development
Strong hands-on Appian skills: SAIL, Process Models, Records, Expression Rules, Data Types
Experience with Appian AI and Document Center workflows
REST API and enterprise integrations experience
Relational DBs (Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL)
Agile delivery and CI/CD (Azure DevOps)

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement scalable Appian enterprise apps
Build Appian components: SAIL, records, data types, interfaces, and process models
Create AI-enabled document processing workflows with ingestion, classification, extraction, validation
Integrate Appian with REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
Mentor junior developers and lead delivery teams
Ensure security, performance, and best practices in solutions
