Job summary

Squeeze is hiring for a fully remote guest support role, ideally in the EST zone, to help modernize the massage experience. You’ll handle inquiries across email, phone, SMS, and chat, assist with app-related tasks, and drive guest satisfaction nationwide.

The role emphasizes an exceptional guest experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a startup environment. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in high-volume B2C customer service.
• Excellent people skills and a strong focus on customer service.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Outstanding problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Able self-starter with the ability to multitask in a dynamic startup environment.
• Must have Zendesk experience; Slack/Zendoti/Klaviyo/GoHighLevel/Asana/Stripe/When I Work experience beneficial.
• Must be able to work Saturdays or Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries via email, phone, SMS, and chat.
• Assist guests with downloading the app, setting up their account, booking appointments, and becoming a member.
• Serve as the liaison that connects guest feedback with internal teams such as Product, Shop Management, Operations.
• Provide fast, professional, and reliable support to locations nationwide, including Operating Partners and shop teams.
• Utilize internal tools from payment portals to appointment scheduling.
• Identify opportunities to improve the guest experience and internal processes and tools.
